'Final Destination' top spot with an estimated $10.9 million

Death stalked the multiplex in North America on Friday as Warner Bros.' new horror tale "THE FINAL DESTINATION" took the top spot with an estimated $10.9 million. The R-rated film directed by David R. Ellis, with gory episodes that unspool in 3D, set down in 3,121 theaters, where it should claim a mid-$20 million haul over the weekend. It's easily the biggest installment for the nine-year-old franchise. It aced the weekend's other debuting horror tale, "Halloween II," from the Weinstein Co.'s Dimension Films label.

The Weinstein Co. also claimed the third spot as Quentin Tarantino's "Inglourious Basterds" entered its second weekend with $5.9 million, down 59% from its opening day.Rounding out the top five, Sony's sci-fi parable "District 9," now in its third weekend, ranked fourth with $3 million.

Yes, People Actually Pay For Tattoo Ideas

A tattoo is a design on the skin that can be either permanent or non-permanent. Non-permanents are called temporary tattoos. The tattoo piece is pressed on dry skin while a piece of wet cloth is applied to the paper backing to remove it and later, the tattoo can be washed off. Tattoos have become very popular in recent years although they are expensive and painful to obtain. Tattoos are permanent marks on the skin that are made by skilled craftsman with sharp objects. Tattoos have been around for many years, and in some cultures, these are distinctive marks that are relevant to the local area. Women in the Middle East have had markings on their skin for many years. These tattoos have significant meaning to all of the people in the area. Some Japanese people also had tattoos on their faces.

People in other countries have had tattoos including people in the Philippines, Borneo, Cambodia and China and India. Tattoos have appeared in many different cultures and countries although the attitudes toward tattoos vary from one country to another. Some of the tattoos are merely considered to be marks of beauty while in other countries these may have significant meaning to all of the people of that culture. These designs on the skin could be a sign of age, marriage or tribal affiliation depending on the culture.

he cost is certainly high and would depend on several factors like how many sessions it would take to removal the tattoo. Health insurance will not cover this procedure so this would be a big out of pocket expenditure. So do think carefully before getting a tattoo and if you decide to get one, get it done by a professional.

Top Romantic Love Scenes

It's hard to get people to agree on the best romantic love scenes. everyone seems to have a different idea. Can a single kiss count as a love scene? Romantic love scenes in movies, some might say they’re cliché, corny or just bad. I think though, without love and romance –corny or not– this world might just be a cold hard place…

Here are a few snippets that I feel capture those sexy and/or romantic moments of love. You may not agree with me but I’m sure you’ll enjoy watching it all the same. Get the popcorn and get ready...

Romeo + Juliet The best love story ever told

Risky Business

I guess seeing this clip is what made us want to see the movie. And it turned out to be a really good flick. I shouldn't have waited.

Rear Window (1954)
Old movies didn't show skin, and the unforgettable "love scenes" in classic movies don't involve more than kissing. The steamy kiss Kelley plants on Stewart in Rear Window is a beauty, and reminds us that you don't have to see everything to know when there is passion between two people.

The Blue Lagoon
It would just happen to work out that the only two people on this lush, deserted island are gorgeous. The love scenes from this movie have been fueling fantasies since it was released in 1980. Basically I like the first blue lagoon better because I love the story it is kind of different than other movies. I thought the "Romantic" scenes were more beautiful in the first one. But one of my friend told be the 2nd one is better maybe I should watched the 2nd one again to make a better opinion.

Titanic
This tale of star-crossed lovers on the ill-fated ship is sure to set most women's hearts swooning. The love scene that takes place after DiCapro's character paints Winslet in the nude is a beautiful illustration of the powerful love the characters felt for each other.

A new action/adventure "Aliens in the Attic"

It's hard to get worked up about "Aliens in the Attic," a new action/adventure family film for parents and children who have already seen "Up" and the latest Harry Potter I guess it's doubtful that a lot of them will be asking for their money back after seeing this movie. But they won't be remembering too much about it 24 hours later, either. Quite funny.

Carter Jenkins stars as Tom Pearson, a geeky math whiz that has trouble communicating with his parents and an older sister played by Tisdale. (We know he's smart, because he uses his computer to change his own grades.) The Pearsons drive to a lakeside vacation home with their cousins, the alien invasion begins almost immediately and the kids spend most of the movie fending off three of the four well-armed little green men.

Of course the smallest and cutest of the invaders is a kindly alien, who breaks away from the others and befriends the youngest girl in the house. There are a few clever jokes - including one about how the kids can't operate a rotary phone - and a lot of drawn-out action scenes. How the parents in the film don't notice any of this is happening can only be explained as Hollywood magic.

You can usually gauge the badness of these kinds of movies by the number of former "Saturday Night Live" and "MADtv" cast members are in supporting roles. "Aliens in the Attic" has three: Kevin Nealon, Tim Meadows and Gillian Vigman. Which means it's nowhere near as bad as "Coneheads," but still isn't worth your time.
